I’m going to play devil’s advocate and say that some code monkey probably just added this anti-support to the entire support codebase without considering that the report pages would still be (a) relevant and (b) in the same codebase.
Don’t blame tumblr for this until you can specifically get their attention in the matter and they refuse to fix it. THEN blame tumblr.
Sometimes when you’re coding things slip through, especially for smaller features like blocking Missing E users from filing support requests.
