The fan control unit on my laptop thinks my fan is at 2615RPM, but no fan spin-up. Hope its just the fan thats bad. Bought a new one.
Just purchased a new GPU fan for my dell for $18. Praying that the problem is the fan and not something else. Temp currently at 70C
